Our extensive experience in facilitating mergers and acquisitions in the window and door industry has allowed us to craft a comprehensive DD checklist and act as facilitators to bridge the culture gaps and create a better flow of information.
As independent advisors, iBDC provides guidance through the due diligence phase. Much of our preliminary work is providing thorough documentation to both sides, saving all parties time and money. We provide content for the Pre-Letter of Intent (LOI), as well as help organize the flow of documentation. We recognize in dealing with different countries and cultures that certain documents, as well as business dealings, have different approaches. iBDC will bridge that gap.
